Startup website launch terms

These terms apply specifically to the Startup Website Launch Offer.

1. Offer Overview

The Startup Website Launch Offer includes:

  • One 4-page business website
  • Mobile-friendly layout
  • Basic website setup
  • 12 months hosting

The website build itself is included free of charge when hosting is paid upfront.

Domain registration costs are separate and depend on domain availability and extension.

2. Eligibility

This offer is intended for:

  • Startups
  • Sole traders
  • Small businesses
  • Businesses without an existing professional website

Applications may be declined if the project requires functionality or complexity beyond the scope of the offer.

3. Scope Limits

The offer is limited to a standard 4-page website.

The following are not included unless agreed separately:

  • Ecommerce
  • Advanced custom functionality
  • Membership systems
  • Large-scale SEO campaigns
  • Extensive copywriting
  • Unlimited revisions
  • Custom software integrations

Additional work may be quoted separately.

4. Payments

12 months hosting must be paid upfront before work begins.

Payments for hosting and domain registrations are generally non-refundable once setup has started.

At the end of the initial 12-month period:

  • Hosting and domain services will require renewal to keep the website live.
  • Renewal pricing may change over time.
  • Failure to renew hosting or domain services may result in website suspension, downtime or loss of the domain.

Clients are responsible for keeping renewal details and contact information up to date

5. Timelines

Projects are scheduled based on availability and monthly onboarding capacity.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on:

  • Current workload
  • Client responsiveness
  • Content availability

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for supplying:

  • Business information
  • Contact details
  • Images and branding materials where available
  • Requested feedback within a reasonable timeframe

Projects may be delayed if required information is not provided.

7. Future Upgrades

Additional pages, features, redesigns, marketing or branding services are available separately and are not included within the launch offer.

8. Right to Refuse

Applications may be declined at discretion if:

  • the project is not suitable for the offer
  • abusive or unreasonable behaviour occurs
  • required information is not provided
  • workload capacity has been reached
