These Terms of Service apply to all services provided by Jadon Bellot including website design, hosting, branding, digital design, marketing and related digital services.

By using this website or purchasing any services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Services

Services may include but are not limited to:

  • Website design and development
  • Website hosting
  • Domain registration support
  • Branding and graphic design
  • Print design
  • Digital marketing
  • Content creation
  • Ongoing website maintenance

All services are provided on a project-by-project basis unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Payments

Payments must be made according to the agreed invoice or payment schedule.

For project work:

  • Work may not begin until payment or deposit has been received.
  • Final files, website transfers or launches may be withheld until outstanding balances are cleared.

For hosting or recurring services:

  • Services may be suspended if payments become overdue.
  • Annual and monthly services renew automatically unless cancelled beforehand.

All prices are listed in GBP unless stated otherwise.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing:

  • Accurate business information
  • Content, images and branding assets where required
  • Timely communication and approvals

Delays in receiving required content or feedback may affect project timelines.

4. Revisions & Scope

Projects include only the work agreed at the start of the project.

Additional revisions, redesigns or feature requests outside of the agreed scope may result in additional charges.

Small edits and support requests may be subject to turnaround times depending on availability and workload.

5. Hosting & Domains

Hosting services are provided through third-party infrastructure providers.

While reasonable efforts are made to maintain uptime, security and backups, uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed.

Domain registrations are subject to availability and third-party registrar rules.

Clients remain responsible for renewing domains and hosting services unless otherwise agreed.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment:

  • Clients own the final approved website content and assets created specifically for their project.
  • Jadon Bellot may still display completed work within portfolios, case studies or promotional materials unless agreed otherwise.

Any third-party assets, plugins, fonts or software remain subject to their original licensing terms.

7. Marketing & SEO

No guarantees are made regarding:

  • Search engine rankings
  • Traffic levels
  • Sales or business performance

Marketing and SEO services are provided on a best-effort basis.

8. Liability

Jadon Bellot shall not be held liable for:

  • Loss of profits
  • Business interruption
  • Third-party software failures
  • Hosting outages
  • Security breaches outside reasonable control
  • Client misuse of services or platforms

Clients are responsible for reviewing all content and functionality before launch.

9. Cancellations

Either party may cancel services in writing.

Completed work and payments already made are generally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.

Hosting, domain and third-party costs already incurred may not be refundable.

10. Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated occasionally without prior notice.

Continued use of the website or services after updates are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
